GERCHGROUP scores with the acquisition of an office building featuring a gross floor area of approx. 33,000 m2 right in the center of the economically vital Frankfurt banking district. This expands the company portfolio to include yet another first-class property. The privileged location near the city center, with shopping, entertainment and urban life within walking distance, offers multiple scenarios for optimally diversified utilization. The plan calls for mixed usage with hotel and apartments, as is increasingly sought after in the financial metropolis.

The project was incorporated into a joint venture with SSN Group AG, Zug, in April 2017. This joint venture was dissolved in June 2018. Since then the project has been implemented by SSN Group AG. The project details refer to June 2018.
