On a gross floor space of approx. 23,900 m2, GERCHGROUP is developing a first-class address for a broad variety of commercial uses by companies seeking a highly visible and attractive location near Mannheim’s central station. With the B 36/37 federal highway as one of the most important traffic arteries and motorway feeders for the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, excellent accessibility will no longer be an issue in future. Located in the midst of the new development area Glückstein-Quartier, the project site is just a few minutes away from the historic city center of Mannheim.
The project was incorporated into a joint venture with SSN Group AG, Zug, in April 2017. This joint venture was dissolved in June 2018. Since then the project has been implemented by SSN Group AG. The project details refer to June 2018.
