The property lies west of the Nuremberger old quarter, between Frankenschnellweg and Fürther Straße. The central location and the direct connection to local public transit through the Eberhardshof underground railway station allow many versatile and attractive usages for the location.

The concept envisions the development of a mixed-use landmarked property focused on residential, office and retail utilizations, complemented by social services such as a day care center or similar facility.

The Q will become a completely new type of mixed-use property that unites all the needs of modern life under one roof within a building steeped in history.
