Dresden Quarters at Blüherpark

Project description

With a plot size of around 100,000 m², the former Robotron site will give rise to a new urban quarter with a diverse mix of uses in the next few years. As the last central development area of its size in Dresden, the area extends from the edge of the historic district along the Hygiene Museum to the Großen Garten. In addition to a predominantly residential use, retail and office space is also being created in a location with excellent infrastructural connections.

A legally binding land-use plan is already available for a construction site with around 100,000 m² of above-ground GFA. An urban development plan procedure for two further construction sites is currently being conducted with the city of Dresden.
