The property is located west of the old town of Nuremberg, between Frankenschnellweg and Fürther Straße. The central location and the direct connection to the public transport system via the Eberhardshof underground station allow a variety of attractive uses for the site. A rental agreement for a public authority center of 42,000 m² has already been concluded with the city of Nuremberg.
The concept envisages the development of a mixed-use property in a heritage-protected building stock with the main focus on residential, office, gastronomy and retail utilizations, supplemented by social facilities such as a daycare center or similar element. The subsidized living space will be realized in an environmental compensation area. The Q will be a completely new type of mixed-use property, combining all the needs of urban life under one roof in a building steeped in history.
